Job Description
Job Location: Fergusson College Rd, Shivajinagar, Pune
Working Days: 6 days a week, Work from Office. Weekend working is mandatory (Saturday & Sunday). Week off will be on weekdays.
Working Hours: 9 hours
Key Responsibilities:
• Connect to prospective students and parents and provide them with information about our educational courses and programs
• Counselling students and fees collections
• Follow up on leads generated through online inquiries, marketing campaigns, and other sources
• Address any queries or concerns that the customers may have about our courses, pricing, and other related topics
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling our courses and programs
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales data
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition
Requirements:
• Experience in edtech Industry
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and confident demeanor
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade customers to buy our courses
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
