Skills required for the job

Below are the required skills :-

Knowledgeable in CI skills including Lean, Process mapping, Value Stream Analysis etc.
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to coach in workplace

Qualifications:
Graduate or with corresponding experience, in possession of CI, Lean, Six Sigma etc.

Experience/Soft skills:

4-5 years of relevant experience in CI, Lean, Six Sigma roles
Experience in managing Process Improvements & quick automations ideas
Formal Lean/Six Sigma certifications will be an added advantage
Demonstrable communication and interpersonal skills

What I’ll be doing – your accountabilities:
Deliver, support and educate the GBS towers in driving process improvements .

Coaching and support of the use of, and features in the Ignite & maturity matrix
Attendance at Team Huddles for emerging and bronze teams to guide and support
Support the emerging/bronze teams with requests for support due to Ignite Portal submissions
Process mapping and Data capture/analysis
Support to emerging/bronze teams for Team Based Problem Solving
Delivery of Induction Training
Coach and assess readiness for LP certification
Develop on demand training material as defined by the Global CI lead / Ignite Specialist
