 Job Description
 
Instrumental in setting up BAU function for supporting production environment to ensure 24*7
availability of mission critical applications, network and infra environment. Responsible for hiring,
process improvement, automation and SLA governance.



Managed the program for migration of On-premises infra to Cloud.
Led and managed the collaboration service transformation, from Lync to Microsoft Team in Cloud.
Implemented Vendor governance process, KPI monitoring and continuous service improvement
plan.





Led the RFP for outsourcing Service desk operation. Conceptualized the operating model.
Cost control of annual IT budget of $4Mn, involving FTE and non-FTE costs.
Manage and Negotiate Vendor Contracts.
Conceptualized and implemented IT DR strategy for the organization to ensure resiliency.
Responsible for Audit and compliance adherence such as DoT, ISO, SOC2 etc.
