Hardware and Application support.
Handling of Web Server and SQL Server.
Taking regular backup of data.
Supporting the end user regarding the use of software.
Ensuring the regular availabity of data for the end user.
MIS Reporting , Data Updation and Email Handling .
Co-ordinating with vendors for specific issue .
