 Job Description
 
1) Total 8-10+ years of experience
2) Must be from VB.Net developer background (of 3-5 years).
3) 3+ years of experience in technical leader ship role.
4) 2+ years in programme management role.
5) To be able to tack the list of deliverables and bugs list (development & testing) for multiple projects every day.
6) Should understand the requirement technically budget wise & time line wise.
7) To be able to get realistic estimates from developers and testers (if needed to be able to challenge developer by going through the code if inflated estimation is given by a developer and challenge a tester by going through test cases if inflated estimates is given by a tester)
8) To be able to deliver day to day to solutions to end customers (through bug fixes or new software build)
9) Track daily inflow, outflow & backlog per project for development & testing team.
10) Achieve daily outflow target per project based on priority.
11) Escalate to Centre head in case of exceptions.
