Job Description
• Project Planning & Execution:
o Manage project scope, timeline, and resources for AWS-based projects using Node.js and Angular.
o Coordinate with technical teams to define project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
o Develop and maintain detailed project plans to track project progress and ensure timely completion.
o Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide status updates and address any issues.
• Team Leadership:
o Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring effective collaboration between developers, architects, designers, and other stakeholders.
o Conduct regular meetings with development teams to ensure proper alignment and to resolve any roadblocks.
o Manage team expectations and help remove obstacles preventing progress.
o Stakeholder Management: o Engage with business stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
o Ensure that the project is aligned with business goals and customer needs.
o Provide regular progress reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Risk Management:
o Identify potential risks and issues early in the project lifecycle.
o Develop and implement mitigation plans to resolve challenges before they affect the project timeline.
• Quality & Delivery:
o Ensure the technical solution is delivered according to specifications and meets the required quality standards.
o Conduct regular quality assurance checks and audits to ensure the solution is scalable and secure.
• Continuous Improvement:
o Promote the adoption of best practices, new technologies, and process improvements across teams.
o Ensure lessons learned from completed projects are applied to future initiatives.
