Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Sales / Business Development professional who can expand our client base by onboarding new IT companies and strengthening existing relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT industry and proven experience in selling recruitment services.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and target potential clients in the IT and Technology sectors.
Generate new business by connecting with CXOs, HR Heads, and Talent Acquisition leaders.
Present Sampoorna’s recruitment and staffing solutions confidently and persuasively.
Manage the end-to-end client acquisition process — from first contact, proposal presentation, negotiation, to signing terms and client onboarding.
Maintain strong follow-ups and build long-term relationships with clients.
Work closely with the recruitment delivery team to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Track business development metrics, maintain CRM data, and meet assigned revenue targets.
Required Skills & Experience
4 to 15 years of experience in Business Development / Sales within Recruitment, Staffing, or HR Consulting firms.
Strong networking and communication skills with the ability to connect with senior HR and business leaders in IT companies.
Proven ability to acquire new clients and generate consistent revenue.
Understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring processes.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with both inside sales and client visits.
