Our client, a leading retail chain, is seeking an experienced Online Marketing Head - Web to drive the growth of their online presence and lead the digital channel`s overall profitability. This role is critical to advancing the brand’s digital footprint and requires a hands-on leader capable of managing both strategic and operational elements of online marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the digital channel’s profit and loss, overseeing sales generation, marketing expenditures, strategic partnerships, and brand development.
- Campaign Management , Design, implement, and manage online marketing campaigns, focusing on SEO, SEM, and performance analytics to maximize reach and ROI.
- Work with both new and existing brand partners to expand revenue streams and drive sales.
- Utilize CRM tools to develop strategies for customer retention and repeat growth.
- Establish partnerships and alliances that support revenue growth and enhance customer engagement.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing online marketing team.
- Work closely with IT to enhance the customer buying experience and maintain a strong partnership with the offline retail team for an integrated approach.
Desired candidate should have;
- Proficient in online marketing strategies, including campaign creation, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools.
- Experienced with CRM platforms and building customer retention strategies.
- Skilled in forging partnerships and alliances to amplify revenue.
- Able to lead and collaborate effectively across teams, especially with IT and offline retail operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of hiring and developing talent.
Bonus Points For:
- Knowledge of Inventory Management and Supply Chain Management (SCM).
- Experience in Consumer Durables or Electronics sectors.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (BE/BTech / ME / MTech),MCA , MBA , PGDM
