 Job Description
 
Should have adequate knowledge of networking devices, Sound analytical and troubleshooting skills, Good Team Management and co-ordination skills.
The engineers shall function as a single point contact for all the issues pertain to branch network under their respective region/ZO.
  First level of troubleshooting of links and devices, case logging and follow up with respective vendors and central team, escalation handling.
Should coordinate or escalate the troubleshooting issues with the central NOC /service providers and get the network issues resolved pertaining to branches/offices.
 Responsible for LAN of Zonal office building and coordinating with LAN Cabling vendor appointed by the Bank for issue resolution.
Proactive monitoring of Network performance, Maintenance call and escalation, inventory management, preparation and submission of reports etc.
