 Job Description
 
* Sourcing CVs for inhouse requirements
* Checking interest level of short listed Candidates through Mail & Telecom
* Organising interviews
* Sending offer to short listed candidate & follow up for his acceptance.
* Developing salary fitment sheets for releasing offers.
* Bank Formalities for Salary A/C of new joinee
* Checking documents &other joining formalities
* Salary/ Incentive calculations
* Exit Interview
* Responsible for generation of Confirmation, Transfer, Experience letters.
* Induction for New Employees
* Doing PF/ ESIC and other statutory compliances
* Doing Fun Activities to improve morale
* Responsible for All Admin related activities like maintaining cleanliness, paying bills, vendor management
