 Job Description
 
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Leadership:
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Partner with senior management to support organizational objectives through effective human capital strategies.
• Drive organizational culture and change management initiatives.
2. Talent Acquisition & Management:
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for all levels, including blue-collar and technical workforce.
• Design and implement talent management and succession planning frameworks.
• Collaborate with department heads to forecast workforce needs.
3. Employee Relations & Compliance:
• Foster a positive working environment through proactive employee engagement and communication.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Handle grievance redressal, disciplinary actions, and union negotiations (if applicable).
4. Performance Management:
• Implement robust performance appraisal systems and ensure timely reviews and feedback.
• Drive productivity and efficiency through goal setting and KPI alignment.
5. Learning & Development:
• Identify training needs and develop training programs for skill enhancement across all employee levels.
• Promote leadership development and continuous learning.
6. HR Operations & Systems:
• Oversee HR operations including payroll, attendance, and HRIS systems.
• Monitor HR metrics and use data-driven insights to drive improvements.
7. Compensation & Benefits:
• Design and manage competitive compensation structures.
• Ensure equitable and performance-linked incentive programs.
