Job Description / Responsibilities (All - Jr./Sr. Levels):
We are looking forward to work with product development experts who combine their business knowledge, technical expertise and creativity to develop new products and suggest changes in the existing products to enhance our value proposition. As a Product Manager, you will join the team responsible for the product roadmap and strategic vision for the organization. You will work closely with our various teams, which includes but not limited to engineering, analytics, sales and marketing, Design as well as with our existing clients/customers to understand market needs and turn that knowledge into innovative and easy to-use products/features/solutions.
Responsibilities
• Conceptualize new solution, design Product Strategy and roadmap for achieving product vision, execute go to market plan, launch the product and create impact
• Implementing the payment products/ electronic payment services of the company for various client verticals.
• Interacting with clients to understand the requirements; and integrate these into the Company’s platform for the underlying payment services. can lead product related conversations with prospective clients and create & manage client relationships.
• Fundamental understanding of solution workflows, technical specifications (if needed) integrations and is able to anchor an implementation end-to-end.
• Liaising with technology team/ partners to implement the solutions; implement additional enhancements to the platform.
• Responsible for making process notes, integration/ interface documents and communicating them to clients/ internal operations team members.
• Providing inputs into the underlying process flows/ workflows/ systems for service improvement; engaging with internal teams for definition of payment processes for new/ existing clients.
• Project managing the various implementations in an effective and timely manner.

• Note – Experience in Credit/Debit/Prepaid card products and payments industry is must. Strong product sense with analytical and data driven approach is preferred.
