Location : We are located at Andheri East ( A 4 min walk from the WEH metro Station)
Roles & Responsibilities :
Sourcing ,shortlisting, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open internal positions
Conducts background checks and employee eligibility verification`s.
Conduct employee on-boarding and help organize training & development initiatives
Development and implementation of human resource policies
Undertake tasks around performance management
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Undertake Employee Engagement programme on PAN India Level
Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Monthly & Quarterly Incentive Processing for Pan India Employee
Salary Processing & maintains compliance with state, and local employment laws and regulations
Formulation & management of HR Data as required on timely basis
Vendor management and other Administration & Supervision related work to be performed
Performs other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Candidate from Western Line preferable .
