 Job Description
 
Roles and responsibilities of an Enterprise Architect
— As an Enterprise Architect (EA) has the responsibility for architectural design and documentation at a
landscape and functional reference model level focusing on enterprise-level business functions.
— Work with stakeholders (leadership and subject matter experts) to build a holistic view of the solutions









strategy, processes, information, and information technology assets by developing and maintaining an
integrated set of Artifacts.
Define Process Architecture to create a hierarchical approach to support End to End Processes
Links the business mission, strategy, and processes of an organization to its IT strategy, and
documents this using multiple architectural models or views that show how the current and future needs
of an organization will be met in an efficient, sustainable, agile, and adaptable manner.
Create EA reference models, preferably business, information systems and technology architectures.
Define Process Architecture to create a hierarchical approach to support End to End Processes
Provide system development, administration, operations and maintenance, and monitoring support for
EA tools
Ability to drive engagements in the assessment of technology for organizations - IT strategy, IT
operating model, Enterprise Architecture, Application rationalization as the sole point of contact from
KGS (offshore) for the client facing KPMG Onshore team
Ability to assist in development of and demonstrate proficiency in all the deliverables including;
secondary research, analysis, detailed baselining, report writing, and preparing C-suite level
presentations.
Ability to work as an EA subject matter expert and guide the team members in their EA projects.
Ability to build EA capabilities which includes but not limited to reusable assets, point of views, resource
management within the practice
Experience & Background
— Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in Enterprise Architecture and one or more key areas of
focus mentioned above
— Knowledge of EA concepts, methodologies, techniques, and frameworks, such as DoDAF, TOGAF,
or Zachman
— Experience with EA modelling tools, MS Visio, System Architect, ARIS, or similar tools
— Proficiency in analysing complex business requirements and translating them into process models for







better understanding and process analysis.
Experience in defining the Method Filters and Templates to ensure BPMN process models quality.
Certifications such as TOGAF 9 is mandatory; COBIT 2019, ITIL 4 are preferred.
Proficient in preparing C-suite level Decks, Reports and Excel frameworks
Superb problem solving, analytical skills and logical thinking ability
Excellent communication (written and oral) skills capable of discussing complex ideas with various
groups, ranging from a board room to business unit leads
Good team player with strong commitment to professional and client service excellence
Motivation to learn new skills and be updated with latest technology trends in the market
