 Job Description
 
• Maximizing the value of the product resulting from the work of the Development Team for the benefit of the business and stakeholders.
• Planning and delivering critical components such as technical architecture & design, high level coding of design & interfaces, deciding & coding design patterns structures, API design and implementation, and system integration.
• Leading team in product development as per design goals and coding standards. Prioritizing technical and feature development and ensuring inter-team dependencies are accounted for ensuring the product adheres to sound architectural design principles.
• Crafting product vision and roadmap in consultation with stakeholders and clearly articulating to the Development Team to drive optimum results.
• Clearly expressing Product Backlog items. Ensuring that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, and shows what the Development Team will work on next.
• Ordering the items in the Product Backlog to best achieve goals and missions. Ensuring the Development Team understands items in the Product Backlog to the level needed, including providing API and other technical specifications and diagrams where required
