 Job Description
Lead HR projects like compensation plans revision.
Ensure effective and efficient processes and procedures are in place.
Support the operational and transactional people activities being delivered.
Implement functional HRMS and internal databases across all departments and locations
Ensure compliance of the payroll and performance evaluation systems.
Design company policies and procedures as per laid down laws.
Review and update our employment contracts and agreements
Interact with legal teams across the globe.
Prepare budgets by department
Ensure our recordkeeping and data processing procedures comply with local
