 Job Description
• It is a L2 support team with main activities being
o Identify the issue
o Identify the system where the issue is
o Work the concerned team to fix any minor issues like data fixes, formats etc.
o Experience with monitoring tools like Datadog, Splunk etc.
o Preferably experience in Support or willingness to work in a support environment
o Candidate should have hands on experiences on Java, Spring, Production Support
