 Job Description
• Lead the Sales team in different locations in India and drive consistent revenue and high margin growth in existing accounts.
• Responsible for new business development (net new Logos) in the assigned region.
• Identify areas and opportunities within the accounts that match the organization focus areas and close such opportunities.
• Enable, drive & motivate the sales team and recruiting team to deliver consistent high performance.
