• At least 1.5 year’s experience troubleshooting Genesys collaboration products (Mandatory)
• Ability to work independently with minimal support and guidance. (Mandatory)
• Experienced in communicating and influencing across all levels and technical abilities. (Mandatory)
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure (Mandatory)
• Vendor case management (Mandatory)
• Commercial knowledge of the following vendors: Redbox, Verint, Enghouse (Preferred)
• Microsoft Teams / SBC (Preferred)
• VMWare (preferred)
• Windows server patching (Preferred
