 Job Description
 
SharePoint End User Operational Support including Nintex and Power Automate
• Project Assistance as needs arise (Migrations, Audit Data Gathering, Security Events)
• Triage and identify recurring issues, escalate, or resolve as appropriate.
• Need to be available to support domestic and international users.
• Need to communicate daily with SharePoint Site Owners and End Users on ticket status.
