 Job Description
Main Responsibilities:

• Work with Development, Architects to lay down load testing strategy

• Analyze requirements, and closely work with customer to transform requirements to use cases on expected deployments.

• Prepare benchmark setups and test different SMART load scenarios to ensure issues are uncovered early.

• Prepare and maintain historical data for comparative study of performance data.

• Proactively find way to optimize day to day work, automate.

• Expert in Load, Stress testing of enterprise grade infrastructure telecom products

• Use different load testing tools to catch different CPU, memory, thread, IO bottlenecks

• Expert in Shell and Python programming language

• Expert level experience on Linux, including installing application software, strong troubleshooting and debugging skills

• Strong understanding of OS / networking concepts

• Expertise in LDAP, UD, Diameter and HTTP interfaces

• Hands-on database experience

• Experience with highly available / scalable / distributed systems will be an added advantage

• Customer-facing skills like solution architecture, software deployment and testing in customer lab / pre-production / production environments will be an added advantage

• Strong communication skills – both verbal and written

• Good organizational, planning and time management skills

• Should be proactive in signing up for initiatives and innovative to come up with alternative approaches to resolve issue on time
