 Job Description
 
- Take end to end responsibility for the strategic programs right from planning, team building, schedule assignments, monitor, review, and report project status and manage program risks to ensure successful implementation of the program
- Facilitate requirement gathering interviews, conduct workshops, issue clarifications, review documentation, ensure traceability, sign off by all stakeholders and own the change management to define the program requirements
- Engage with program stakeholders (internal and external) to build strong relationship and be the SPOC for all program related aspects
- Demonstrate industry / process knowledge to translate business requirements to system requirements and proactively perform impact analysis of changes
- Proactively identify the interdependencies among teams and drives convergence across teams to deliver organizational goals
