Job Description
Job Title:General Manager(Sales)
Reporting To:Cluster Head
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Execution Design and implement effective sales strategies to meet monthly and annual revenue targets.Work closely with Cluster Head & management to identify, plan, and execute project-wise sales campaigns.Monitor performance across presales, closing sales, and post-sales support Drive mandate-based project closures with a focus on inventory absorption and turnover.
2 .Team LeadershipLead, recruit, train, and motivate a team of A.G.M. & Closing and Sourcing sales managers, executives, and pre-sales callers.Establish daily, weekly, and monthly targets; monitor team KPIs and performance.Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews.
3. Client Relationship Management Maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, investors, and corporate customers.Handle escalated client issues and ensure smooth closure and handover process.Ensure client satisfaction through structured follow-ups and after-sales support.
4. Channel Partner Management Develop and maintain a strong network of channel partners and brokers.Organize CP meets, set CP sales targets, and ensure payout coordination.Track CP performance and initiate new partnerships in strategic areas
5. Reporting & CoordinationCoordinate with the marketing team to generate quality leads.Collaborate with CRM, Legal, and Finance departments for smooth execution of deals.Prepare MIS, sales reports, inventory updates, and pipeline forecasts for management review.
Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.7–12 years of real estate sales experience (including 3+ years in a senior role).Strong knowledge of residential & commercial sales in the Pune/Mumbai markets.Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
