 Job Description
 
• To lead the development, execution and roll out of the Mega programs Risk management framework and governance.
• Performs a comprehensive review and analysis of material risks ( strategic and strategic execution, Operational and Legal & Compliance Risk) (including secondary research) to the program by monitoring external and internal factors and understanding key business initiatives
• Secondary research to identify customer risks, macroeconomic, geopolitical risks and how it impacts us
• Contractual risks and obligation adherence including SLA, profitability, effort deviation, attrition etc.
• Work with the business leaders and program managers to get the data, challenge the conventional thinking and enable risk informed decision making by using risk framework
• Facilitate periodic risk governance
• Delivers and maintains education, training, and awareness programs to imbibe the risk management culture to support effective implementation of program Risk management framework
• Ongoing monitoring and reporting of identified risks and mitigation actions
• Ability to interact with senior stakeholders in the company and clients
