Responsibilities
• Be both highly technical and an effective people manager

• Lead teams that deliver multiple projects

• Participate in technical design
Minimum Qualifications
• 8+ years of software engineering work experience, including hands-on technical management building holistic software solution with distributed microservices architecture
• 5+ years of coding experience in MERN stack, Kafka, Redis
• Proven work experience as an Engineering Manager or similar role
• Analytical skills for evaluating information carefully and solving complex problems
• Demonstrated experience recruiting and managing technical teams, including performance management
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in software engineering, computer science or related field.
