Job Description:

Responsible for maintenance of Desktop hardware / Diskless System
Handling all hardware issues
Desktop back-up & formatting as per requirement
Basic application trouble shooting on daily basis
Printers & Scanner Installation/maintenance and carry out trouble shooting if any
Maintain hardware asset record and update on regular basis
Assisting IT manager in the day-to-day activities and to carry out any other duties as assigned
Assembling /Installation of various operating systems such as windows 2003/2008,Xp/7/8
Installing various Application software, Patches, Anti-virus, etc
Responsible for handling Internet related issue.
Daily Handing IT Support Tickets
Monitoring Desktop and Server logs for Preventive Action
*This role will be 50% Hardware/Networking and 50% Recruitment Application Process System
