Our Client was founded by 3 IIMers in the year 2000. Client is an electronic presentment technology and payment services company. The Company is focused on leveraging technology to enable banks,businesses and other institutions to present invoices, statements and bills to
consumers or businesses and receive payments against them.

Their Product powers electronic payments and collections services for the largest banks and companies in India and also manages the bill payment service of Visa in India. It operates as a neutral service bureau aggregating multiple banks, billing companies and other corporations onto a common standards-based platform for delivering electronic payments and collection services across multiple electronic channels.

Their Product manages these services across a range of access channels viz. Internet Banking, ATM Banking, Tele Banking, Mobile Banking etc. The Payment Gateway services of our Client enable customers to pay online using either their electronic banking accounts or credit cards.
 

 Job Description
 
Work Location: Andheri (W); Near Azad Nagar Metro Station.
JD- Sr. Manager Product Development

Understand market requirements and define product roadmap
·       Deep understanding of market competition and partners solutions leading to material refinements/enhancements during product lifecycle.
·       Client centric approach and continuous engagements to identify their requirements
·       Align internal and external expectations to create a definitive product roadmap

Product Ownership & delivery
·       Ability to visualise, execute & scale up solution as per organization’s & industry demands.
·       Lead in creating first level product offering along with comprehensive inputs on design & workflows.
·       Deliver on documentation & prioritization of features with corresponding justification
·       Create an efficient & credible engagement model with clients that act as a catalyst to pitch for other offerings at the organization level
·       Define and template the work process for product managers.
·       Speed to market on implementation

Build product team skills
·       Resource planning and identification.
·       Aligning teams to their goals.
·       Create working culture based on collaboration, learning & delivery.

Work with Engineering teams to complete delivery
·       Collaborate with internal/external technology teams to provide them with guidance that ensures clarity on design, development & eventually a path to feature rich solution.
·       Cross functional knowledge transfer to Operations / Engineering
·       Ability to traverse multiple verticals across client teams with an intent to maximise client offtake.

Preferred skillset:
·       Top tier engineering / management candidate.
·       Minimum 10 years of successful product delivery
·       Exhibit strong team management skills with ability to lead  a high calibre team of more than 10 people.
·       Experience in building and operating large scale consumer tech applications
·       Strong experience in payments industry would be a great advantage
·       Expert level skill in relevant payment flows including Network based transactions, UPI etc.
·       In depth understanding of payment related technology stacks with an ability to understand & contribute to technology architecture & solution design.
