You will be part of our data science team and will be responsible for ensuring that desired results are being achieved for each and every client.
You will be working on building intelligence for various marketing products.
You will work with different verticals of product management and business to problem solve, measure and track suitable metrics for efficiency and effectiveness of product features and processes.

Plan and execute the roadmap with the engineering team to build and deliver next-generation systems.
You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deliverables throughout the software development lifecycle and continuously identify areas of improvement.
Identify and improvise areas of improvement through data insights and research.

What we look for?

• Very strong analytic and problem solving skills.
• Proficient in data munging (cleaning, manipulation, visualization etc) with python for both structured and unstructured data (numpy, pandas, scikit).
• Working knowledge of deep learning frameworks Tensorflow and/or pytorch.
• Experience with some of classical machine learning methods like clustering, knn, logistic regression, SVM, kernel methods, clustering.
• Familiarity with basic recommender systems.
• Understanding of some NLP concepts. one or more of word2vec, embeddings, LSTM, self-attention.
• Basic knowledge of any database (sql, bigquery, mongodB etc).
• Experience working with production systems, and taking atleast 1 model from analysis to production.
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodology, define metrics, conducting and analysing tests.
• Familiarity with dask, aws, docker, jupyter, flask would be a plus.
