Qualifications :
? Minimum Graduation, or equivalent professional qualifications or experience;
? CCNA, CCNP, CCIE Trained/ certified with strong technical skills.

Skills/Experience:

? Typically engineering/science degree.
? CCIE Trained/Certified.
? At least 6+ or more no. years professional experience within tele-communications environment.

What I’ll be doing – your accountabilities
? Key Responsibilities:
? Is responsible for managing the LAN/WAN issues for customer within MTTR .
? Needs to coordinate with various stake holders Internal and external to progress reported problems, known caveats, newly available features, software upgrades etc.
? Drive Technical Bridge calls till resolution
? Implementation of Incident driven emergency changes
? WAN – Good working knowledge of WAN Protocols – BGP/OSPF/EIGRP/QoS/DMVPN
? Good knowledge on MPLS
? Good knowledge on ISR and ASR Series routers
? SDWAN – Good knowledge on SWAN.
? LAN – Good working knowledge of Layer2 & Layer 3 switching, hands on experience on 6800, 6500, 4500, 3600, 3800 and 9k series of switches. Should have knowledge of STP, Stacking, VSS concepts.
? Good working experience on Redundancy Protocols HSRP, VRRP GLBP, IPSLA and IP tracking.
? Good understanding on NAT, NAT-T
? Good understanding of Security Domain :- ESP, VPN Technologies, GRE, IPSec & ISAKMP
? Basic working knowledge of ASA and polo alto Firewalls
? Good understanding of packet capturing tools : Wireshark etc
? Expert level knowledge of packet analysis (TCP Dump)
? Expertise on troubleshooting with ISP/Service Providers for Circuit related problems.
? Should have good and effective communication skills.
? Experience on Cisco Wireless.

Authority/Decision Making:
? Operates with no supervision in a complex environment. Need to work as shift lead in 24 X 7 environment
