Our Client was founded by 3 IIMers in the year 2000. Client is an electronic presentment technology and payment services company. The Company is focused on leveraging technology to enable banks,businesses and other institutions to present invoices, statements and bills to
consumers or businesses and receive payments against them.

Their Product powers electronic payments and collections services for the largest banks and companies in India and also manages the bill payment service of Visa in India. It operates as a neutral service bureau aggregating multiple banks, billing companies and other corporations onto a common standards-based platform for delivering electronic payments and collection services across multiple electronic channels.

Their Product manages these services across a range of access channels viz. Internet Banking, ATM Banking, Tele Banking, Mobile Banking etc. The Payment Gateway services of our Client enable customers to pay online using either their electronic banking accounts or credit cards.

JD– ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) Stack Engineer / Sr. Engineer.
Responsibilities:
• Design and implement ELK (ElasticSearch, Logstash and Kibana) stack solutions
• Create and manage large-scale elastic search clusters on Production and DR
• Design end-to-end solutions focusing on performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create prototypes
• Adopt agile and DevOps practices, aligning with the product delivery lifecycle
• Automate processes using relevant tools and frameworks
• Collaborate with Infrastructure and development teams for capacity planning and deployment strategy to achieve highly available and scalable architecture

Technology Stack Experience Required:
• Proficiency in developing ELK stack solutions, including Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana.
• Experience upgrading Elasticsearch across major versions.
• Hands-on experience managing large applications in production environments.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Familiarity with Elasticsearch Painless scripting language.
• Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems, preferably CentOS/RHEL.
• Proficient in Oracle PL/SQL, scripting technologies, Git, Jenkins, Ansible, Docker, ITIL, Agile, Jira, Confluence, and security best practices.
• Well versed with applications/infrastructure logging and monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Splunk, Grafana, and Prometheus.
Skills:
• Configuring, maintaining, tuning, administering, and troubleshooting Elasticsearch clusters in a cloud environment.
• Experience with Elastic cluster architecture, design, and deployment.
• Strong understanding of JSON data ingest.
• Agile development experience.
• Proficiency in source control using Git.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with DevOps, Product, and Project Management teams.
• Initiative and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-moving environment, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
