 Job Description
 Design and implement solutions/ change requests based on requirements
 Own CR that are assigned
 Carry out Functional analysis
 Support for SAP Purchasing (Materials Management Module)
 Provide accurate estimations for Change Requests and new projects and deliver accordingly.
 Support for Maintenance and repair, Construction Management (Plant Maintenance Module)
 EBP (Enterprise buyer Professional- SRM module): Org structure management, Application monitoring (Portal).
 Purchase order monitoring for error messages
 Catalogue Upload activities
 Complete knowledge of Procure to Pay cycle.
 Test incident resolutions for their correct functionality
 Safeguard the smooth operation including all closing and reporting deadlines.
 Interact with international Customers / team effectively.
 Regular support Contract creation, analyzing condition flows, reporting For RE
 Should be able to work independently on development, should be able to guide/mentor jr. resources. able to understand requirement and convert it to technical specifications
 Profound (5-8 years) knowledge in SAP MM module, exposure to Simple Logistic would be an added advantage
 Experience in handling and delivering Change requests and exposure to implementation/ transition projects.
 Org structure management, Application monitoring (Portal).
 Knowledge of handling Incident and Test management tools. (eg. HPSM , HPQC etc.)
 Experience in client interaction (Person with experience in IT Service Industry will be preferred)
