Shift: Rotational Shift


Job Description:

Provide functional support for EAI / B2B business critical applications , with best possible quality of service. Solving Support incidents , maintaining delivery SLA`s and effective communication with trading partners , Users.
Should possess minimum of 2 - 4 years of work experience in webmethods.
Experience in webMethods , especially in L1/ L2/L3 Support and enhancements.
Experience with webMethods Integration and webMethods products in 9.0 x versions.
Integration skill using Web Methods 9X , TN, IS, Broker, Designer and MWS
Strong understanding and experience on EDI , XML ,Rosetta Net, web services ,trading networks concepts.

Responsibilities:

Understanding user requirements, error troubleshooting , fixing their issues and Bug identification.
Excellent written & oral Communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and within a team with a changing environment.
Strong Interpersonal and organizational skills.
Willing to work on weekend shifts. (Comp Off will be provided on week days).
Willing to work on early morning shifts and night shifts if required for the team.
Positive attitude towards work and flexible in continuous learning , project activities
