 Job Description
Our client is looking for candidates for HEAD OF HR role ;

Job profile :

Handling entire HR function including Policies, Sourcing, Soft Training, Performance Management, Counselling, Talent nurturing, Key resource management

Specific challenges –

- Overcome current silos culture to unlock value proposition of composite products & services offerings that the Company is capable of.

- In the light of the new logo and brand building initiative, enhance the identity of the Company, get it imbibed across the Organisation and build on it.

- Overcome talent acquisition challenges which the Company faces due to the past financial challenges

Required :

Minimum of 20 years of experience in HR

Should have managed 5000+ resources
