 Job Description
• Assisting & Advising clients/users (consumer / B2C as well as travel agents /B2B) with the onlinebooking process.
• Working with the various providers.
• Using various booking system.
• Collecting and processing payments.
• Keeping clients up to date with any changes.
• Provide alternatives for dealing with complaints or refunds.
