 Job Description
We are looking for a young energetic operations head to manage delivery of our offshore operations based in Chennai. We have 600+ staff at present and provide digital ad operations services to US/EU and Asian clients.

1. Manage delivery; maintain quality and ensure deliverables

2. On boarding of new clients

3. Escalation calls with clients

4. Work with team leads; monitor progress and provide direction

5. Worked in the online ad industry - account management, sales, client services or product would be very useful

6. Has led teams

7. Take client calls. We have US/UK clients and many of these calls happen in the evenings
