Their areas of focus are Fixed, mobile, cable and multi-service telecom service providers.

Knowledge of CRM & Billing systems (Amdocs, Comverse, CSG, Redknee, Convergys, Geneva)
Requirements analysis and production of specifications
Billing system configuration (preferably Telecoms)
Billing Project Implementation experience (preferably Telecoms)
Oracle DBMS experience
UNIX Operating System experience
