Experience Required ( in years): 5 to 8 Years 
Job Description
Essential: Quality Management System, CMMI L5 SVC 1.3
Six Sigma

Sound understanding of CMMI L5
Experience in usage of Process Model of CMMI
Experience in participating in an SCAMPI appraisal
Experience of working in a Service industry, preferably a Non-IT
Experience in usage of Minitab

Job Profile
Collection and Evaluation of Process Improvement suggestions from organization
Maintainace and Enhancement of QMS (Quality Management System)
Regular update of PPB, PPM Models for the Organization, keeping in view the usage of Models with client requirements and internal working
Maintaining Organization’s Measurement Repository (Quantitative Metrics Data Collection). It involves collection of metrics data, validating it and publishing of metrics reports.
Identify and lead process improvement strategies as per CMMI SVC 1.3 high maturity model requirement.
