 Job Description
Qualifications And Skills
Experience with the business processes in Oracle HCM modules, particularly good knowledge on Oracle Fusion Payroll.
Understanding of integration points between Cloud Payroll and other Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Absence, Benefits, Compensation, T&L).
Deep understanding of Oracle’s balances architecture.
Ability to design and develop Fast Formulas for payroll calculations (calculator, skip rules, messaging, error handling etc.)
Ability to design and develop Fast Formulas for the Payroll Batch Loader.
Experience in data conversion for payroll including payment methods, tax cards, and involuntary deductions.
Mid-year balance conversion experience
Understanding of key technical concepts like DBIs, balances, payroll access to HR.
Ability to modify delivered payroll HCM extract reports.
Excellent SQL skills.
Experience And Background
Bachelor’s Degree (B.E or B.Tech) is preferred.
5+ years of experience in a similar role.
Prior experience with functional Oracle HCM implementation and participation in 1 or more Time and Labor Go-live.
