 Job Description
1. Calls prospective customers by operating telephone equipment and other telecommunications technologies.
2. Prepares for customer inquiries by studying products, services, and customer service processes.
3. Responds to customer inquiries by understanding inquiry; reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information; verifying customer`s understanding of information and answer, proactively follow up leads.
4. Records customer inquiries by documenting inquiry and response in customers` accounts.
5. Secures information by completing data base backups.
6. Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience.
7. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational workshops.
8. Accomplishes customer service and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
