 Job Description
Demonstrate a background of working in Agile delivery teams with experience of different methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban etc. and tooling such as Jira and Confluence etc.
Experience working with an asset management financial organisation is a plus.
Experience working in cross functional teams
Experience contributing to, and achieving, continuous improvement goals
Communicate effectively and clearly even when under pressure.
Engage confidently with stakeholders and communicate project information in a clear way, including when communicating difficult messages.
Facilitate meetings and workshops with people from all levels of seniority, without bias.
Communicate, promote and coach the use of agile and lean methodologies to the team and relevant/interested stakeholders.
Maintain a positive team mood and focus, if confronted with difficult and challenging circumstances.
Can adapt and reflect, is resilient and has the ability to see outside of the process. Strong Delivery Leads use this skill to help their teams to manage and visualise outcomes.
