*Should have relevent number of experience in developing application on Microsoft .Net platform using C#.
*Should be a team player with good interpersonal skills and a drive to take ownership of and responsibility for the tasks assigned to you.
*Should exhibit leadership qualities and preferably led a team of some size.
*Should have appropriate level of expertise of using several of the following technologies:
#.Net Framework 3.5 or higher
#WCF / Web Services
#SQL Server 2008
#Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 or higher / Team Foundation Server
o Key Responsibilities
*Will work as part of a project team in the delivery and on-going maintenance of complex enterprise solutions.
*Will be assigned specific responsibilities typically including, but not limited to:
*Deliver projects on time with expected quality.
*Lead a team of skilled Technical Resources.
*Handle incidents and support the team in resolving incidents
*Provide Out-of-hours support during week nights and weekends on a rotational basis
*Act as an escalation point to the team and onshore during working hours and out of hours.
*Provide Technical Assistance in Root Cause Analysis and Problem Solving.
*Ensure SLA Compliance & meeting of KPIs
*Reporting of status, metrics, etc. to senior management and client
*On-boarding and mentoring of resources.
*Liaise with onshore resources on Technical/Functional issues and queries.
*Manage releases to Test / Staging / Production environments
*Produce and/or Review Technical / Functional Designs
Note : Normal working hours would be US business hours however should be willing to work in UK/India hours
