 Job Description

1. Understands end-to-end data processes and flows and using that knowledge to design and implement data management solutions.
2. Provides business process, system support and data quality governance through data coordination and integration to ensure efficient processes and consistent data flows to business and stakeholders.
3. Ensures data integrity and compliance by performing data cleansing, data audit and / or data validation. Performs root-cause analysis on data related system problems and recommends or executes corrective action. Conducts testing and system validation to troubleshoot issues related to data management and system.
4. Identifies and implements process improvements in relation to data processes. Identifies, reviews and evaluates data management metrics. Recommends ways to strengthen data integrity, quality and availability across the enterprise.
5. Develop and maintain a variety of complex Workday reports ( advanced, matrix, composite, BIRT ) utilizing Workday Report Writer, as well as other organizational tools and available technologies.
6. Work with a team across report inventory to build reports, keeping enterprise use in mind to achieve maximum efficiencies
7. Create and deliver ad hoc and custom reports as requested
8. Work with the Business to define requirements

Skills and Abilities:

Experience in designing, building and testing reports in Workday around functional areas such as payroll, Benefits, Absence,
Compensation and Talent.
Ability to prioritize workload and execute tasks independently, providing timely follow-up and resolution
Highly self-motivated and detail oriented
Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to effectively interact with team members and leadership
Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
