 Job Description
 
Roles and responsibilities
Deep understanding of Social Enterprise Management Solution - Curam
Implementation of Curam projects including design, configuration, testing, post go-live support, reporting, training
Coordinate with onsite engagements teams and clients to gather requirements, develop workplan, determine expectations and finalize deliverables
Ensure quality project delivery of engagements led by self and those that are executed by direct reportees
Flexible to work on healthcare or procurement technology projects
Collaborate with other service networks to solicit services required for success of the client engagement
Support practice development initiatives, which includes knowledge management, point of view development, services standardization, etc.
Understand the overarching objectives of the practice, and help develop short-term and long-term strategy
