Support and maintain multi-landscape SAP environments
Perform installation, patching, monitoring of SAP Systems for ECC, CRM, BW, PI, EP, BO, HANA and solution manager.
Resolve SAP Basis incidents, Periodic monitoring of systems and system checks, i.e. performance optimization, system tuning
Monitoring ABAP dumps, update and background jobs, backup status, Lock entries, system logs, system response time, processes, Operating system related issues, memory-CPU and utilization.
Perform ABAP and java SAP transports migration, non-transportable changes, Apply Kernel Patches, SNOTE, EHP, Support Package stacks and SPAM.
Manage Client Copies, System Refreshes, Profile maintenance, Printer spool and Output devices management.
Evaluate Early Watch/Service Level reports and come up with an action plan to address the gaps on an ongoing basis
Capacity planning activities to track database growth, participates in sizing and SAP archiving activities
Prepare and maintain system documentation, procedures, and standards.
Have to work in different shift to provide support 24/7
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years of SAP Basis experience in supporting components SAP ECC, CRM, BW, PI,EP, Fiori, SLD, Solution Manager, HANA, BOBJ BI/BODS, JAVA system and etc. in a globally deployed environment.
Good understanding of Windows Server operating system, clustering (Windows, Hazelcast), SQL and application installations; basic knowledge of middleware systems is a plus.
Experience in following and creating Technical SOP documents

Should be willing to learn and support other applications which are supported by the Application Support Group as necessary
