 Job Description
Key Areas and Responsibilities

This is for the position of an Associate Consultant in the GDN/KLA practice as a Content developer with some experience in Graphic design. This individual will support client engagements across geographies to design and develop training content for technology or process driven transformational projects. The individual should be prepared to work in a dynamic environment with changing requirements and frequent interactions with onsite engagement teams and clients.
Skills required:

• Design and develop creative, high quality training content to client specifications within an allocated timeframe and budget, using the most appropriate design and development principles
• Develop eLearning templates, and manage the creation of visually engaging and brand-compliant graphics / media elements / layouts / templates / interactivities
• use audio and video recording / editing tools and software
• Prepare material for Instructor led workshops, Train the Trainer etc.
• Proficiency with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia, uPerform
• Proficiency with animations tools like Vyond or Video Scribe
• Basic proficiency with graphics and animation software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Animate
• Understanding of compliance frameworks such as Section 508 and SCORM Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Publisher, and SharePoint
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly establish a rapport with colleagues and clients
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work in order to meet strict deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with others collaboratively
• Sets professional goals for self and takes accountability for own career and skill development
• Seeks regular feedback and changes behavior to improve performance as appropriate

Roles and responsibilities:
• Design and develop eLearning and classroom training courses for clients undergoing technology/process driven change
• Understand the business problem, learner profiles, training delivery mechanism, appropriate training format for client situation, and training evaluation methodology to design and develop the proposed learning program
