Roles and responsibilities:
Lead and execute MD Dynamics CRM implementation projects including requirement gathering, design, development, testing and post live support.
Interact with onshore partners to understand requirements, suggest design changes, communicate daily status, reporting.
Define systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing, prototyping, and testing custom technology solutions, and supporting system implementation.
Ensure quality project delivery of engagements led by self
Support practice development initiatives, which includes knowledge management, point of view development, services standardization, etc.
Should have excellent communication skills and prior experience of interacting independently with global stakeholders
Should demonstrate strong customer service orientation
Possesses good understanding of general project management principles
Should be willing to learn new technologies (CRM/others) and be able to work on functional projects including Customer Experience, Customer Strategy, and Sales, Service and Marketing Transformation
The candidate must have 7+ years of relevant experience in a similar role, particularly in a professional services firm / consulting / Big 4.
Education / professional qualifications
MBA from a reputed college is preferred.
Experience & Background
Experience in CRM consulting with strong expertise in MS Dynamics CRM/365 modules
Must have working experience on at least 3 CRM implementations around sales, marketing and service for large enterprises and have extensive configuring and development
