Roles and responsibilities:
Lead and execute Salesforce CRM implementation projects including requirement gathering, design, development, testing and post live support.
Interact with onshore partners to understand requirements, suggest design changes, communicate daily status, reporting.
Define systems strategy, develop system requirements, designing, prototyping, and testing custom technology solutions, and supporting system implementation.
Manage project budgeted hours for resources
Ensure quality project delivery of engagements led by self
Support practice development initiatives, which includes knowledge management, point of view development, services standardization, etc.
Should have excellent communication skills and prior experience of interacting independently with global stakeholders
Possesses good understanding of general project management principles
Experience in end to end CRM development, implementation and Quality Assurances
Should be willing to learn new technologies (CRM/others) and be able to work on functional projects including Customer Experience, Customer Strategy, and Sales, Service and Marketing Transformation
The candidate must have over 8 years of relevant experience in a similar role, particularly in a professional services firm / consulting / Big 4.
Education / professional qualifications
MBA from a reputed college is preferred.
Experience & Background
8+ years of experience in CRM consulting with strong expertise in Salesforce modules
Must have working experience on at least 3 CRM implementations around sales, marketing and service cloud for large enterprises and have extensive configuring and development
Deep and extensive knowledge, experience of Salesforce technical platform including apex, triggers, batch Apex, Visualforce etc. Knowledge of advanced Visualforce components, Chatter API etc.
Extensive understanding of the Salesforce.com data model and how and when to create custom objects, junction objects, and other model items.
