 Job Description
 
Roles and responsibilities:-
Support client engagements related to Aprimo solutions and their ability to meet a client’s needs
Provide input into engagement decisions including work plan and timeline, project management, resource allocation and career development of staff members
Collaborate with team members to develop innovation solutions across key Marketing Operations initiatives
Serve as a resource and key team member in client projects and support progress against project milestones to help ensure timely execution of project deliverables
Gather and analyze data surrounding Commercial and Marketing Planning; Marketing Operations; Digital Asset and Content Management; Through Channel Marketing Automation, Social Media, Marketing Technology Develop and write user stories and have experience with agile delivery methodologies
Configure the solution, validating the solution with the client, and working with the client to manage scope
The professional in this position is expected to execute Customer Advisory projects and have experience in customer experience management, develop new customer behavior segments and ‘personas’, customer journey design mapping, and marketing, sales & service transformation
Have strong expertise in conducting end-to-end business transformation projects including, `as-is` to `to-be` assessment, future state
recommendations and project roadmaps
Should be comfortable in dealing with large data sets for evaluating customer sentiments, customer pain points and voice of customer, and
prepare customer insight dashboards
Experience with Customer Buying Patterns, Channel Strategy/Alignment, Sales Model Design Strategy, Sales Performance Management/Incentives, Sales Tools Enablement, Building High Performing Sales Cultures and Analytics/Insights
Should be able to provide valuable insights to clients and help them make customer centric organization
Lead the delivery by liaising with the senior leadership and ensure quality of deliverables
