 Job Description
 
• 10+ years of experience in software testing with 3+ years in Test Management
• Expertise in Test estimation, Test planning, Test design and Test execution & Test closure
• Excellent reporting skills.
• Expertise in Defect Management
• Expert in Risk Management & Stakeholder management
• Experience in testing methodology, Defect life cycle and database testing
• Excellent, debugging, problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good experience of managing projects on ERP ( specially PeopleSoft )
• Good knowledge of database testing and SQL scripting
• Good leadership qualities and able to handle team size of 15+ members
• Sound knowledge of testing processes
• Knowledge of Agile and Devops is desirable but not essential
• Good knowledge of test management tools like HP ALM
