 Job Description
• Good spoken and written skills
• Should have worked in Support / Monitoring Function
• Hands on experience of Administration, management & monitoring of following equipments/ Technology:
◦ Firewall (Cisco, Checkpoint and PaloAlto)
◦ Intrusion Prevention System (IBM ISS/ Cisco/ HP)
◦ Remote access & IPSec VPN
◦ Routers & Switches
• Excellent Troubleshooting Skills
• Hands on experience & knowledge for Layer2 & Layer3 Switching & routing protocols.

• Management and Administration Firewall, IPS, L2 / L3 Switches, Routers, WIFI Access Controllers etc.
• Where required, coordinate with SOC team for security related incidences and taking action.
• Will perform day-to-day health Monitoring of Firewall, IPS and other tools
• Creation/ deletion and modification of Firewall policies as per requirement after change management process
• Ensure compliance to SLA, Uptime of Network Security equipments, process adherence and process improvisation
• Co-ordination with stakeholders and vendors, build and maintain positive working relationships with them
• Regular MIS Reporting as per the Standard Operating Procedure
• Internal Department Documentation (Change Management, Service Request Management, Network documentation etc.)
