 Job Description
Experience in Kotlin

· Minimum 5 years Android app development experience.

· Experience of the Android SDK as well as Android application architecture and frameworks.

· Experience of Java and different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes.

· Android OO Design Patterns.

· Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices

· SQL experience.

· Ability to implement UX/UI designs into elegant and functional user interfaces across the fractured device landscape of Android.

· Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services

· Shown grasp of relational databases, particularly SQLite.

· Advanced understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.

· Understanding of and experience with Agile methodologies.

· Good writing skills to prepare clear technical documentation.

· Familiar with Unit testing methodologies and frameworks.

· Proven project and dependency management experience.

· Familiarity with continuous integration

· Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.

· Understanding of Google Android design principles and interface guidelines

· Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks

· Ability to design applications around natural user interfaces, such as touch.
