 Job Description
>> Role & Responsibilities
This individual will be responsible for delivering client engagements, solution and business development
Project Management:
This individual will be a part of the offshore delivery team and work with onshore engagement teams on large transformation programmes supporting clients across the globe to restructure and navigate through difficult change agendas. PMO responsibilities will include:
?Supporting Design, Mobilisation and Execution of PMO activities for medium to large programmes, managing most of the dimensions of Project Management Office/ Programme management Office
?Supporting multiple workstreams to create a centralized PMO organization.
?Developing and maintaining the programme management plan, integrated master schedule, weekly and monthly reporting and financial management
?Identifying, recommending and implementing the appropriate tools, methods and templates that are required within the centralized organization.
?Complete handle and clarity on the commercial/ financial performance of a project/ programme
?Support creation, validation and analysis of project budgets and financial health
?Engaging with key stakeholders and client subject matter experts.
?Developing programme briefings.
?Communication and outreach to programme teams.
?Implementing Lessons Learned analysis.
?Ensuring PMO services are delivered using best in class practices and methodologies
?Contributing to building PMO proposals and RFPs
?Fully support client projects including administration, organisation of project meetings and plans

Solution/ Business Development:
?Conduct research on best practice methodologies in terms of PMO design, systems, processes and policies and contribute in building the capability
?Support in business development and building relationships with stakeholders
?Co-ordinate, work-closely with in-country management consulting teams across the globe and manage relationship with them. Also build awareness of other MC capabilities to facilitate selling these services to the teams
